At the Studio in 2022
‘New’ normal?
We are TWO YEARS into the COVID-19 Pandemic. Indeed, the Pandemic has gone on so long that there is nothing ‘new’ at all about what has become the norm.
Quick Change
Like many organisations, we adapted our business model when the first lockdown was imposed in 2020. Although we had a digital offering when the Pandemic hit, more than half of our business revolved around physical, in-person events, which evaporated practically overnight.
We were in the fortunate position that we were able to adapt to digital-only very quickly, and we benefited from far more ‘productive time’ becoming available due to the cessation of business travel.
Digital services
The big beneficiaries of more time were our two main digital services On the Air - graphic recording / visual scribing, delivered remotely, and At the Studio. It is the latter service that I’ll explore in a little more detail in this post
At the Studio helps you dig deeper with your visual communication,
creating bespoke, finished images and animations that
can work for you again and again.
Our team of Drawnalists bring wide experience to the drawing board for At the Studio. We work in traditional handmade illustration, infographics, video, cartoons and caricature. Our work has been used in digital media, broadcasts, newspapers and magazines.
Our process
Our At the Studio service can be commissioned for traditional studio work, providing images for illustration, branding and video. Our distinctive visuals can also be delivered as animations, which are particularly great for boosting engagement. Here are a few recent examples.
Complementary
Many of our customers use At the Studio to help get the most out of investment in our live services at events.
For example, before your event or project, we can work with you to create eye-catching visuals to help build anticipation and brand recognition. We create images for you to use on the day, while we get on with the business of recording your event.
At the Studio is also often post-production after the event. For example, we can package up key content for you to share with attendees, management, shareholders or the public and media.
Images from the live, graphic recording can be used or reworked for your use in event recaps, videos, reports and other follow-ups, internally or on social media, or even on branded products, allowing you to get more value out of the event and your Drawnalism images.
As always, Drawnalism is ready to support you in a variety of ways. If you would like to speak with us to discuss your requirements, please.
